Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping:

  • Home delivery. Our transportation includes delivery to the door of the recipient's farm or portal.
  • Transportation price. Our system calculates the price of transportation once you enter the delivery province. If you want the hiring of a waiter to go up to the home, you must ask us to be able to provide you with a cost and to be able to hire you with the agency.
  • For international shipments and to the Canary Islands, consult us by phone or via e-mail, info@mueblestudio.com.
  • Cash on delivery are not allowed outside the Peninsula
  • Packaging. Our products travel packed in strong and sturdy boxes. The glass tables are reinforced with wooden panels. Please open the packaging carefully and keep the boxes until you make sure that the product is in perfect condition.

Delivery times:

  • For standard shipments you can see the delivery times on the tab of each product.
  • Delivery time in the Peninsula is usually from 24 hours to 72 hours.
  • International delivery time is usually 20 days.
  • Delivery time for the Canary Islands is approximately 7 days.
  • Confirmed payment. When you have made the payment, we process the order in a maximum of 24 hours. If everything is in stock, we deliver it to the carrier so that it can be taken as soon as possible.
  • If you need the URGENT order or on a specific date, please let us know and we will find the best option for everything to arrive on time.

Receipt of merchandise:

  • ¡VERY IMPORTANT! Notify within 24 hours, from delivery, any incidence on transport. After that period we are not responsible.
  •  Bill. The invoice will be sent via e-mail, to the address indicated in your order.
  • With the invoice in hand, check the number of packages or boxes that are delivered to you, we check that the order is correct, but also check that what they deliver is correct.

Incidence in the reception of the merchandise:

  • In order to claim an incident or breakage due to transportation should always be noted on the carrier's delivery note “ broken box ” or “ pending check ” since in case of not writing down anything the agency and Factory 2010 are not responsible
  • Mild incidence: the box is hit: If in the discharge you notice that the box is slightly hit but the product is intact you can do 2 things:
    • Reject the delivery stating on the delivery note that the box is hit and also send us an email to info@mueblestudio.com with the subject “ merchandise rejected + Bill number ”. Or by calling our customer service phone.
    • Accept delivery: stating on the delivery note “ box struck, pending revision ”, this case is especially interesting if we do not have the replacement in stock.
  • Serious incidence. If in the discharge you notice that the box is hit and the product is broken.
    • On the transport delivery note write “ box hit deteriorated product ”. All products have full risk insurance.
    • Please communicate this by sending us an email to info@mueblestudio.com or call our customer service phone number, + 34 923 19 75 71 with your invoice number. Remember that you have to communicate the maximum period of 24 hours after delivery.
  • My item has been spoiled and there is no stock. By not having stock we cannot replace it immediately, so you can do two things:
    • Wait for us to have it back in stock.
    • Change it for another similar product that we have in stock.
    • Reservations:
    • We make order reservations upon payment of 50% of the final amount.

      We carry out storage for a period of 30 days; once this period has passed, the order will be fully paid and a storage surcharge. If for any reason the reservation is canceled, it will be penalized with a fine of the total amount.

    •  Warranty:

  • All our products have a 2-year warranty under any manufacturing defect.

    In order to apply the warranty to a product, you must notify us by email, the order number or invoice number and attached photos indicating any observed damage.

    At the time of acceptance, a replacement and / or repair of the defective part is performed. The guarantee covers the replacement of the product, while the cost of transportation is borne by the customer. For any claim you must present the invoice corresponding to the purchase of the product.

    The guarantee will not apply in case:

  • -The product has been poorly assembled, installed or poorly maintained by the user.

    -The product has been repaired and damaged.

    -The product has arrived broken or damaged.

    -The spare parts have a 1 year warranty.
