Any product can be returned within a maximum period of 7 days, counting from the date of receipt. The return has to be done in its original packaging with everything that contains the product screws, mounting accessories, etc.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Steps to take to return the product:
Broken or spoiled product:
If you return a product because it is defective, and the reason is a 2010 factory error, we will be happy to reposition all products at no cost to the customer, if we do not want the replacement, the collection and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Remember that the product must not be tampered with and must return it in the same packaging that received it.
For special orders and factory orders, products that have a special discount and reserved orders, are excluded from return except for transport breakage or manufacturing defect.
Deadline to notify an incident: 24 hours from delivery of the product.
Money returns will be made within 15 days by the same means in which you made the purchase.
